Sunday's afternoon dinner with mom. She wanted Mexican. Tried this place. Worst Mexican ever....... Service less than ok....... Will not recommend to worst enemy!!!

I haven't been to the Beltline in some time, more like since the late 70's, My Grandpa and Grandma(God bless there soles) Tony and Helen Rutkowski owned the restaurant at that time. If I wasn't cutting the chips to be fried or mixing the secret ingredients for the Famous wet burrito, I was outside on the side hill waking the weeds with a hand sickle, or washing dishes. I do remember at the time that it was a great hit with the patrons, and I see by the reviews it hasn't changed,, I will always miss those times, along with the best grandparents a kid could ever have.. Ordered a wet barrito. What a disapointment. Not only was it about half the size they used to be, but it was very pricey for what I received. Didn't have much flavor. Will never order from this restaurant again.

We were fortunate to dine early before the restaurant became full. Our server was Tae, who knew just how to make us feel at home. Our menu selections were outstanding, as usual. Can't wait to go there again soon.

I am very disappointed in the chicken fajitas that we picked up today from Take-Out from you. I cannot believe that I spent $13.99 for these, plus $.50 for jalapenos. The quantity is so little, there are more beans than there is chicken and vegetables. We thought we'd to to Beltline Bar today because we hadn't in awhile and this is just another reminder as to why I don't go there.

We enjoyed a family lunch at Beltline. Good food and great service from a waiter named Flynn. We eat out frequently and when we get awesome service we want the restaurant to know. Flynn was helpful, took the time to answer our questions and offered suggestions based on our preferences. We were not disappointed! Thanks for the great dining experience. -M Family

I LOVE your food!!!! We live in Traverse City and when we go to Grand Rapids, we only eat at the Beltline. You would do Amazingly well if you opened up here. Please, please, please open up here!!! We would eat there everyday, that is not a lie, I know because I used to eat there everyday when I worked there for three years. There are so many people up here that know and Love your restaraunt, and the Mexican places up here are not even close to your quality!!! Please seriously consider!!!

I visited today on 6/15 and ordered a wet burrito all meat beef and asked for lettuce tomato onions and salsa I had to wait to eat my food til I got home because the condiments that I asked for was not in my bag I was on my lunch break when I picked up the order when I called back mel the manager asked me what do I want him to do, I told him awareness was enough however I felt that they should have been more of wanting to give a paying customer a goodwill gesture, this is not the first time this is the second time that this has been an issue no one wants to eat a dry ass burrito when they ordered it wet. I think the 2 go service sucks there is never silver wear or napkins if it's the to go station the person running it should be trained to add those items in the bag I will not be back to this place ever again Robert toscano makes better burritos anyways and he never forgets the order!!! #badservice!!

Overall my husband and I have been extremely happy with this restaurant, until last night when we got an order to go and my taco salad meat was completely under cooked. It was extremely red in the middle when I went the break up the meat into my salad. I would assume that I wouldn't have to specify how done I wanted the meat for a taco salad but apparently it is necessary. I will likely not order anything with ground beef from here again. Thankfully my husband was willing to trade me dinners.

I hadn't been to the restaurant in years & was very disappointed in the taste of the food tonight. Also the frequent sound of dirty dishes being slammed into a tub in the dining room was very annoying. That is the main reason I will not be back.

The food was very good. But service was as bad as it gets. We all have bad days but when start complaining to your customers about the way your coworkers treat you it's time think about another job. Asking a customer to move to a smaller table because you want her bigger table so she could have more people to wait on? Then to lecture me about asking for table of 4 when I only had 3 people in my party? 1st and last time there

Awful, sad, still hungry & very disappointed!! This used to be my favorite place for decades! Tourist trap now. Went here a few years back after going away to college & found 2 LONG hairs (1 in my burrito & 1 under) & no effort to apologize by the staff but she brought me a to-go box, really???. After years of eating my favorite food at other restaurants I ventured back to the Beltline. Bad mistake. Order was wrong, waitress never offered to remedy situation, charged for things we didn't order (guac, etc). Oh & she forgot our drinks. There are better places to spend your money on eating AUTHENTIC mexican food - Mexican Connection in Hastings, Luna in GR, Downtown Market in GR, Trini's in Sparta, evennthe chain restaurants like "On The Border" are WAY BETTER. So sad!! This was my favorite place for 3 decades☹️

Very longtime customer , got a burrito to go and was very surprised that it was so small , they used to be alot bigger. My wife commented on it when she brought it home " I think they gave you one off the kids menu" now I know you don't even have a burrito on the kids menu.

Food was great service was very slow but ok i guess.but unfortunately i will not be coming back due to the prices.kinda crazy to get charged for one sourcream per meal when the meal is already 11 dollars a plate.should get one sour cream per meal just like every other resturant i have been to.one usally comes with the meal and any more are extra

I haven't been to the Beltline since the 90's but loved it while visiting family. The ground beef wet burrito was to die for. The chips and salsa were excellent as well and service was fast, friendly and just very endearing. I miss visiting this place but it is a long drive from Chicago.

I tell you what.....there is NOTHING like having a WORLD FAMOUS WET BURRITO and an award winning MARGARITA from the Beltline Bar! A staple in our community and if you are a new resident to West Michigan, this will become one of your favorites! Great Food, Great atmosphere, and Great people who will take very good care of you!
