ONLINE ORDER PLACEMENT When placing an online catering order, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required. Orders requiring delivery are taken on a first come, first serve basis. To ensure the desired delivery time is available, place your order at least 48 hours in advance. ONLINE ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS Changes or cancellations may be made up to 24 hours prior. Please contact the restaurant directly at 616-245-0494. DIETARY RESTRICTIONS Please advise of any food allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions. Menus may not list all ingredients in detail. Every effort will be made to accommodate when possible with advance notice. Please note our kitchens contain wheat, rye, barley, and oats. Cross contamination may occur. DELIVERY & SET-UP Delivery is available within a 5 mile radius on orders of $100 or more. Anticipate a $30 delivery and set-up fee. If your destination falls outside of our normal delivery area, an additional surcharge may be applied. Please allow a 30 minute delivery window. PAYMENT When paying by credit card, full payment is required prior to delivery or pick-up. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Personal and Corporate checks are not accepted. GRATUITY Adding a 10% to 15% gratuity for our drivers is always appreciated but not required.
